Expect

If you have never experienced a portrait session with Dana Cochran Photography, you

are probably wondering what

to expect. The studio is in our family room in our home; it's

a comfortable atmosphere where you can feel at home in

front of the camera. I keep few

props; I make your child the focus of my portraits.

Your session begins before you even visit the studio. The process starts with a phone,

email or in-person consultation

where we will discuss the upcoming portrait creation

session. This allows me to get a sense of your goals and desires

before I even pick up the

camera. Expect your session to take up to an hour. Don't expect to be rushed or hurried

each session is scheduled to allow plenty of time.

There is a session fee due at the time of your session. This session fee is for my time

spent not only with you in your

session, but also in post processing, preparing all your

images for viewing in your proof gallery. All my work is done is

digital format. Once the

proofs from your session are available for viewing, they will be posted online, in the

Clients

section on this website. Proofs vary from 25-45 or more and are typically

available within 24-48 hours from your

session. Ordering options will be discussed at

your session. Once your order is placed, it can take up to two weeks

to process.
